When we moved from Denver to San Antonio, Chris brought his passion for food and a dream to share it with others. What started as a self-taught hobby quickly grew into something more — refined through professional training at King Arthur Baking School.
Today, we bake fresh sourdough each week for our subscribers, always striving to perfect the craft one loaf at a time. Every loaf carries years of history, a touch of patience, and a whole lot of love.
